You gotta ask the lady that runs the station, she will tell you how to make it. From there you collect some elven wine from Luthiel, and buy some herbs and stuf from the shop lady. And thats it!

So right off the bat, I notice an issue with this game. On dual monitor setups like mine it selects the none-primary window. Which is mildly annoying.

PC version! I did carry forward a save from the previous version. Would that have caused it, by chance?

is auto rotate turned off in 0.3
there is only Landscape mode
there was auto rotate in version 1 the made it rotate
You can try version 0.2 should be okay.

Make sure you got Luthiel erotic scene and battle with Jarma.
